Khalil Amin was nominated by Amina Hogan
Khalil, a respected member in our family and community has taken ill. He has been an integral part of the Omaha community for over 33 years. He has played a vital role in welcoming new immigrants and making their difficult transition a smoother one. Not only innumerable families, as well as strangers have benefited from his kindness, generosity and intelligence. He is 57 years old with a loving wife and 3 beautiful children. We now ask for your help. Khalil has been fighting for his life. He has been diagnosed with Cancer that attacks the bone marrow. With months of treatment, and months strictly in the hospital, his cancer is in remission, but he’s in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant. His body is not responding well, and has suffered a stroke, and seizures. We hope that by reaching out to the community, we can help fund his treatment, and help the family be relieved of a monetary stress while they focus on the health of a father, uncle, and husband.
